We’re Tony and Jess, the soon to be husband-and-wife team behind Micro Fresh Farm. Our journey began in the spring of 2024, not in a big greenhouse or a commercial facility—but in our own kitchen. After Tony developed a gluten allergy, we started looking for natural ways to boost our nutrition and support gut health. That search led us to microgreens—and they completely changed our lives.

What started as a way to feel better turned into something much bigger. We felt the difference in our energy, digestion, and overall well-being almost immediately. Even our dogs started thriving once we began mixing microgreens into their food. It wasn’t long before we knew we had to share this with others.
