Hey, we're Tony and Jess — and yes, we're that couple at the farmers market who won't stop talking about microgreens.

It started back in 2024 when Tony developed a gluten allergy and we went down a rabbit hole trying to figure out how to actually support gut health through food. Microgreens kept coming up, we gave them a shot, and now we’re hooked. Even our dogs. Now in our first year of marriage we're heading into our second year of markets, and we couldn't be more grateful for the people who've been on this journey with us.

How we grow

We use organic-style practices, non-GMO seeds, and harvest everything by hand at peak freshness. No shortcuts, no sitting in a warehouse, no long trucking hauls. Just really good greens, grown with care.

Stop by and see us at the market, set up a weekly subscription, or order one-time delivery straight to your home or workplace. However works best for you.

Why we do it

Because food should actually make you feel good! We've seen firsthand what adding something this simple can do. We just want to share that.
